Scott McCalla, D.M., is the Chief Strategy Officer for International Pipe and Supply, located in Oklahoma City, OKla., and its subsidiaries, Bison Pipe & Supply, located in Twin Falls, Idaho, and Bigfoot Pipe & Piling, located in Seattle, Wash. Dr. McCalla received his Doctor of Management from UOP, College of Doctoral Studies.  His research examined policies that may be used to mitigate workplace bullying anteceded by heterosexism. McCalla's ongoing research interests include workplace bullying, policy development, and change management. His professional career has spanned over 20 years as a business leader and manager, specializing in change management, human resource management, and business development.

Kurt Minnich, President, Pipe Logix, "Industry Update"

Kurt Minnich has more than 30 years of professional experience in the petroleum industry. He is the President of Pipe Logix, which publishes a series of reports on oilfield pipe market and conducts related market research. Prior to Pipe Logix, he was a partner at Spears and Associates, providing market research to oilfield service and equipment companies. Other oilfield experience came from being a Reservoir Engineer for an independent oil company and a Business Advisor for a major international E&P company. He holds a Petroleum Engineering degree and an MBA, both from The University of Oklahoma.
