The NASPD encourages employees of member companies that are interested in NASPD leadership positions to attend all meetings and to assert their interest in being a leader of the NASPD by first joining a committee.

The NASPD also offers a Leadership Training Program that is designed to enhance an individual’s leadership skills so they can advance their responsibilities with their employer. The program also encourages participants to take a more active role in the NASPD by joining an NASPD Committee from which further advancement in NASPD leadership can result.
