Matt Chestnut, Sales & Marketing Manager, Jindal Tubular USA
Matt Chestnut is the Sales & Marketing Manager at Jindal Tubular USA, a large diameter helical (spiral) pipe mill located on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Matt has a background in pipe distribution, previously working as Business Development & Marketing Manager at Merfish Pipe & Supply. Matt is also part of the team contributing to the development and growth of the new ERW pipe mill, Jindal Pipe USA, located in Baytown TX. He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he met his wife of 10 years, Angelina.

Timna Tanners is a managing director covering 20 equities in the Americas Metals and Mining sector in addition to forecasting relevant commodities at Wolfe Research, a premier e equity research firm. She is a regular speaker at steel industry conferences and hosts frequent events for clients with corporates and industry experts. Her insights have been featured regularly on business media, such as CNBC and Bloomberg News, including the trademarked term Steelmageddon®. Timna has been ranked #1 in Institutional Investor’s All America Poll for nine consecutive years. Prior to October 2021, Timna covered Metals and Mining at Bank of America Securities for over 10 years and covered the sector for over eight years previously at UBS Investment Bank.

Timna holds an MBA from UCLA, a Master's in Journalism from Northwestern University, and a BA in Politics from Pomona College.

Mike Regan is well known and active within the logistics industry. He serves on the Boards of numerous industry groups such as the National Shippers Strategic Transportation Council (NASSTRAC), as the Chairman of the Advocacy Committee. He’s also active in several industry organizations, such as the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), where he is a 2014 recipient of the Distinguished Service Award and the National Industrial Transportation League. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the YPO/YPO Gold Manufacturing Excellence Network.

Mr. Regan has been a featured contributor and has published several blogs in industry publications such as Logistics Management, DC Velocity and has been frequently quoted in the Wall Street Journal and the Journal of Commerce. Prior to founding TranzAct, he worked for the Bank of America, PriceWaterhouse, and the Union Pacific Corporation.

John Iannarelli, Former FBI Agent, "Cybersecurity for Business"
            John Iannarelli retired from the FBI after more than 20 years of service, during which he was a member of the FBI SWAT Team and participated in the investigations of the Oklahoma City Bombing, the 9/11 attack, the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, and the Sony hack. Among his many FBI assignments, John served in Washington, D.C. as the FBI National Spokesperson and on the Executive Staff of the FBI’s Cyber Division. He was a Squad Supervisor before becoming the Assistant Special Agent in Charge, the number two position overseeing all Criminal, Cyber, and Counterintelligence investigations. During his career, John was presented with the FBI Director’s Distinguished Service Award.

A former San Diego Police Officer and attorney with international studies at Oxford, England, John is admitted to the practice of law in California, the District of Columbia and Maryland. In addition, he is the recipient of an Honorary Doctor of Computer Science in recognition of his contributions to the field of cyber investigations.

John is the author of five books, including Why Teens Fail and What to Fix, a parents’ guide to protecting their children on the Internet and other dangers, and How to Spot A Terrorist Before It’s Too Late. His just-released 5th book, Disorderly Conduct, examines the lighter side of law enforcement and the humorous moments during John’s FBI career.

John is a frequent on-air contributor for the national news media and has been profiled in Forbes. He provided live on-scene coverage from Las Vegas of the Mandalay Bay mass shooting attack as it occurred. An engaging and entertaining keynote speaker, John is a National Speakers Association Certified Speaking Professional known for sharing his intriguing insights combined with his superb sense of humor. He has presented to Fortune 500 companies, domestic and international audiences, the United Nations, and the Vatican, where he has personally met on several occasions with Pope Francis.

Dr. Don McNeeley, President & COO, Chicago Tube & Iron, "Lions and Tigers and Talent...Oh My!"


Donald McNeeley is the Executive Chairman of Chicago Tube and Iron Company, a steel distribution and engineered fabrication company founded in 1914, headquartered in Chicago with ten subsidiaries.  Founded upon sound free-market principles, they have achieved 108 years of consecutive profitability, a record unmatched in the United States Steel Industry.  In 2011, Dr. McNeeley was the architect of a merger of his company with Olympic Steel, Inc.  The combined forces of $2.0 billion in revenue and 34 locations position them as one of the top 10 in the nation. 

Dr. McNeeley is also a clinical professor at Northwestern University where he teaches in the graduate program at the prestigious McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Mathematics.  He also writes a quarterly column on the political and economic landscape for The Wholesaler Magazine. 

Dr. McNeeley is a graduate of the Harvard Business School.  In addition, the University of Wisconsin, Benedictine University, and George William College.  He earned his Ph.D. in Economics, an MBA, an MS in Management and Organizational Behavior as well as a BA in Business. 

Directorships include Affiliated Distributors Inc., in Wayne, PA, Saulsbury Industries in Odessa, Texas, and Vail Rubber Works Inc. in St. Joseph, Michigan.  He is Management Trustee of the Pipefitters’ Union Local 597.  He is a former Director of the Committee for Monetary Research in Greenwich, Connecticut, and Olympic Steel in Cleveland, OH.  He has been featured in many industry and business publications, including the Wall Street Journal.  He was a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year.  In addition, he was recognized as the ASA Executive of the Year, Metal Center News’ Man of the Year, and has been featured as an industry thought leader in Forward Magazine.

He defends capitalism on the basis of what it funds, specifically job creation, and charity.  In that regard, as chairman of the MSCI, Dr. McNeeley introduced a scholarship program, which, to date, has granted $9 million in financial assistance to children of steel distribution employees.  In addition, Dr. McNeeley received the Philanthropy Award from La Rabida Children’s Hospital in Chicago, for his $3.6 million donation, the largest donation in its 110-year history.    

As a testament to his competitive nature, Don has completed 82 marathons, including a five-time finisher of the renowned Boston Marathon, 7 Olympic distance triathlons, and in a test of endurance, he once completed 6 marathons in 6 weeks. 
In speaking with Don, he is most proud of hailing from a working-class family of modest means with seven siblings.  Part of his childhood was featured in a publication entitled Limbo, White-Collar Dreams with Blue Collar Roots.  It is said that he has the unique ability to make political and economic complexities easily understood.
