Geoff O’Donnell currently serves as Manager of Energy Tubular Products for Wheatland Tube, responsible for Sales, Marketing, Sales Forecasting and divisional P&L.
He began his 42-year career in the steel pipe industry as an end-welder in Wheatland’s South Chicago ERW mills and has worked at various Wheatland mill sites in Operations, Sales, New Product Development and Quality Control. Currently residing in Houston, Texas, he was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and attended Drexel University.

Boaz Rauchwerger is the Vistage Speaker of the Year, and Founder of a Newport Beach high-performance consulting firm. He has been a professional business speaker for major corporations and a personal coach to CEOs for more than 25 years. He is author of The Tiberias Transformation - How to Change Your Life in Less than 8 Minutes a Day. Boaz holds a degree from the University of Tulsa. He appears weekly on the Lifetime Television show called "The Balancing Act."
In his highly interactive presentation, Rauchwerger will share profitable marketing ideas that will get your company more business and won't cost much money.

Minnich has 35 years of professional experience in the petroleum industry. He is the President of Pipe Logix, which publishes reports on oilfield pipe markets and conducts related market research. Prior to Pipe Logix, he was a partner at Spears and Associates, providing market research to oilfield service and equipment companies. Other oilfield experience came from being a Reservoir Engineer for an independent oil company and a Business Advisor for a major international E&P company. He holds a Petroleum Engineering degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, both from the University of Oklahoma.

Donald McNeeley, Ph.D., is considered a modern-day renaissance man, executive, industrialist, philanthropist, educator, economist, and visionary.
He is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Chicago Tube and Iron Company, a steel distribution, fabrication and engineering company founded in 1914, headquartered in Chicago with ten subsidiaries. Founded upon sound free-market principles, the company is celebrating 105 years of consecutive profitability, a record unmatched in the United States steel industry. In 2011, Dr. McNeeley was the architect of a merger of his company with Olympic Steel, Inc. The combined forces of $2.0 billion in sales and 34 locations position his company as one of the top 10 in the nation.
As philanthropist, he was acknowledged for his $3.6 million donation to LaRabida Children’s Hospital on Chicago’s Southside - the largest donation in their 110-year history. As chairman of the MSCI, Dr. McNeeley’s legacy was the creation of an industry scholarship fund for sons and daughters of industry employees. To date, that fund has provided over $7 million in direct support for college studies. Further, he was responsible for the development of the Strategic Metals Management Course at Washington University. This program serves to prepare the next generation of industry leaders. He is also involved in the construction of schools and funding of anti-poaching efforts in Zimbabwe, Africa.
As educator, he holds a clinical professorship at Northwestern University in the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Mathematics. He teaches the capstone course in the master’s program and also advises doctorial students. Previously at DePaul University he was the recipient of the University’s Best Teaching Award. He has also guest lectured at a number of prestigious institutions, including the United States Military Academy at West Point.
As economist and visionary, Dr. McNeeley writes a quarterly column in the trade press titled The McNeeley View where he addresses the economic, social, and political trends affecting our industry, and is also featured in industry blogs.
He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School, George Williams College, University of Wisconsin, and Benedictine University. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Master’s degree in Business Administration, a Doctorate of Philosophy in in Economics, and a Master of Science degree in Management and Organization Behavior. His academic degrees were with honors.
Dr. McNeeley is often quoted in the trade press, as well as in The Wall Street Journal. It is said that he has the unique ability to make the complex understandable. He is most proud of his Irish Catholic roots of modest means from the Southside of Chicago with working class parents and seven siblings.
In a testament to his competitive nature, Dr. McNeeley has completed 82 marathons, including a five-time finisher of the renowned Boston Marathon, seven Olympic distance triathlons, and in a test of endurance, he once completed six marathons in six weeks.

Niko Eren graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies focused on Security and Intelligence in 2011. He commissioned as an Ensign in the Navy and reported to Coronado, California, for Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL training (BUD/S). Of the 220 men to begin training, Niko was the officer-in-charge of the 38 to graduate Class 300. As a Navy SEAL, Niko was based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia, while serving in a variety of high level security and intelligence operations in Afghanistan, Turkey, and Syria. Presently, he is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Stanford Law School and will graduate in June, 2020. He is president of the Stanford Law Veterans’ Organization and founder of Veteran Elite Teambuilding, a startup nonprofit that promotes veteran employment and services through unique programming. He has worked in healthcare and transactional law, as well as corporate litigation. He co-wrote one of 13 successful Ohio applications for a medical marijuana cultivation license.
