Arda Serhat Yelkenci has 9 years of experience in the US steel industry. At Argus Media, he leads the Pipe Logix OCTG Outlook and Line Pipe Outlook as part of the Argus Analytics and Consulting team. Both services focus on delivering analysis and forecasts
for the OCTG and line pipe markets.
Before joining Argus, he worked at Medtrade Inc., a Houston-based steel trading company, where he worked on sales operations and analytics. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from
Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
Arda enjoys playing music and is a big fan of tennis.

Jon Olson is a seasoned global executive with over two decades of leadership experience in sales & marketing, CX, and business strategy across the manufacturing and industrial sectors. As the Global VP of Marketing and Customer
Experience at Sims Limited, Jon leads cross-functional teams in machine learning, price and account optimization, and digital transformation initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
Prior to joining Sims,
Jon held multiple senior leadership roles at Gerdau Long Steel North America, where he held key roles in marketing, supply chain, IT, and sales. Jon has a strong belief in the culture of empowerment, accountability, and data-driven
decision-making.
He holds an MBA and a BA in Political Science from the University of Manitoba, Canada and completed the Business Analytics Program at Harvard University. Jon has served on several boards, including most recently
on the University of South Florida’s MUMA College of Business CX Advisory Board.
When not at work, Jon enjoys running, travelling, and spending time with his wife and 3 adult children.

Rusty Fisher is CEO / Sr. Vice President of Commercial for Axis Pipe and Tube, a mill producing Line Pipe, OCTG, Standard Pipe, HSS, and Piling located in Bryan, Texas.
Mr. Fisher has over 30 years in sales and marketing of pipe products. He began his career in sales with Tex-Tube which subsequently merged marketing with Lone Star Steel. He served in a number of positions with Lone
Star in line pipe sales including Manager, Line Pipe Products; General Manager, Line Pipe Sales and Vice President, Line Pipe Sales. Mr. Fisher served as Vice President of Sales for Tubular Synergy Group, and Sr. Vice
President of Sales and Marketing of the Americas for Welspun Global trade prior to joining Axis.
He graduated from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Marketing and has served as Associate Member Chairman, Southern Gas Association and on the Board of Directors of the NASPD.
Jim graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1995 – and found his 1st job in steel at the job fair. He started as an Inside Sales Representative with Leavitt Tube in August 1995 learning everything about
sales, structural tube and pipe and how to be a better asset for internal and external customers.
Jim changed companies in 1998 going to Independence Tube Corporation that November as an Inside Sales
Representative. Jim was promoted to Outside Sales at Independence Tube in April 2000 handing the Chicago metro area. He expanded his territory one year later with all of Michigan, NW Indiana, and Northern Illinois.
In 2008, Independence Tube expanded their product line to structural rounds/pipe and Jim was promoted to Product Specialist overseeing the development and growth of this new product across the United States and Canada
within current A500 customer base and finding new customers in the A252 Pipe Piling market.
In February of 2016, Jim was promoted to Inside Sales Supervisor, with responsibilities over all product lines and the Inside
Sales Team. Later that year, Independence Tube was purchased by Nucor Steel and is now known as Nucor Tubular Products.
In January of 2019, Jim changed companies and moved to Atlas Tube in Chicago. His
first position here was Outside Sales covering Illinois, Wisconsin and then expanding to Michigan and Iowa. Over the next few years, Jim developed with Atlas and his new role. In 2023, a new opportunity came open
and Jim became the new Midwest Regional Manager. In this new role, he works with the VP Sales along with the other Sales Managers and Pipe Piling Managers directing the sales focus for Atlas Tube. Jim has 4 Outside
Sales Representative reporting to him and works with all internal departments to take care of Atlas Tube’s customers.
In 2008, Jim joined the NASPD and has been involved ever since. He has chaired the Program
Committee, has served on the Board of Directors, and has presented at the NASPD Steel Pipe Basic Education Course since 2015.
